After over than 16 years of success leading safety, environmental and quality teams focused in the implementation of the HSE-Q procedures, I have learnt that the way in which companies relate to their employees, the respect they show towards the environment in which they are settled and their ability to assume issues and challenges show companies values ​​and good work.
I am firmly convinced about the need of involving all company´s personnel, at all levels, to achieve excellence.

I bet on the combination of knowledge and appropriate approaching and communication personal skills as well as the instinct that I possess, fruit of extensive experience, to identify and anticipate problems before they appear.

Able to prepare coaching-training sessions combining the sobriety of the message with making it fun, I like to lead the participants in finding the right solutions for themselves instead of “imposing the message”. This helps to create an ownership feeling of the proposals and actions to implement for improvement.
